How we work.

Small studio, so the process is short: agree what we're building, build it in the open, ship it, then keep it running. No account managers, no status decks.

Scope

01

We talk about the problem before the solution. You get a written plan and a number — and you keep both whether or not we work together. If the honest answer is that you don’t need custom software, that’s the answer you get.

Build

02

Weekly demos on a real URL you can click, not screenshots in a deck. You see it happening, which means course corrections cost a conversation rather than a change request.

Ship

03

Deployed, monitored, and documented. You get handover notes even when we stay on — if you ever want to take it elsewhere, nothing is hostage.

Run

04

Hosting, updates, security patches, and the next feature. The person who answers is the person who wrote it, so there’s no reintroduction every time.

What we don't do

Worth being straight about, because it saves everyone a call.

  • Rebuild what already works

If your problem is a slow WordPress site rather than a missing application, we’ll say so.

  • Take on ten projects at once

We hold a hard limit on concurrent work. That limit is the product.

  • Hand you a zip file and vanish

Hosting and maintenance are part of the same arrangement, not an upsell.

Start with a conversation.

Scoping is free, and you keep the plan.
