What this covers
These terms apply to voff.digital, operated by Voff Digital LLC. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not, stop using it — there is nothing else you need to do.
Client work
These terms do not govern the work we do for clients. Every engagement runs on its own written agreement covering scope, price, payment, intellectual property and everything else that matters. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins. Nothing said here changes what was signed there.
What is on the site
The pages describe services we offer. They are a description, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract on its own. Prices, availability and scope are agreed in writing before work starts.
We try to keep the site accurate and current. We do not promise it is free of errors, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice.
Using it reasonably
Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial mail. Do not use the site to do anything unlawful.
The client portal
If you have portal access, your account is yours to look after. Keep your credentials to yourself, do not share the login, and tell us at hello@voffdigital.com if you think someone else has got into it. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised or misused.
Billing, renewal and cancellation terms for a service are the ones in your agreement, not these.
Ownership
The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to us. You may read, link to and quote from it normally. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what is on it.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when the current version took effect.
